Background
The background must be solid, pure white and free from shadows.
Face and Expression
The applicant must have a neutral expression, with the mouth closed and no smiling.
The applicant must look directly into the camera.
Head Position and Framing
The head must be centered in the photo, and the photo must show the head and shoulders.
The head must occupy 70–80% of the vertical space, measured from the bottom of the chin to the top of the head.
Head Coverings
Head coverings are allowed only for religious purposes. If worn, the applicant’s facial features from the tip of the chin to the top of the forehead must remain fully visible.
Glasses
Glasses are not recommended unless they are medically necessary.
If glasses are worn, there must be no glare or reflection on the lenses.
Tinted lenses are prohibited.
Lighting and Quality
The photo must be clear, sharply focused, and free from ink marks, creases, or damage on either side.
