  • The photo must be in color with a plain white background.
  • The head should take up 70–80% of the photo. The distance from the top of the head to the chin should be 3.2–3.6 cm.
  • Required photo size: 4.5 cm × 3.5 cm.
  • The photo must have been taken within the last two years. Old photos are not accepted.
  • The full face and both ears must be clearly visible. The mouth must be closed, with no teeth showing.
  • Circle lenses, enlarging contact lenses, and colored contact lenses are not allowed. The photo must not be edited, retouched, or digitally combined.
  • The head and hair must not touch the photo border.
