The distance from the chin to the top of the head should measure about 20 to 25 mm.
Facial Expression
The person must have a neutral facial expression with the mouth closed. Both sides of the face must be clearly visible.
Head Coverings
The head must be completely uncovered.
Religious or ethnic head coverings are allowed, but they must not cast shadows or cover any facial features, including the eyes, nose, mouth, or chin.
Glasses and Accessories
Dark glasses or clothing that obstructs identification are not allowed.
