Head must be centered and properly positioned

Background Specifications
Plain white background only
No shadows, textures, or patterns
Background must be clean and uncluttered
Face and Expression
Face must look straight at the camera
Head must not be tilted or turned
Neutral expression (no smiling or frowning)
Eyes open and clearly visible
Entire face must be fully visible and centered
Clothing and Accessories
Permitted:
Regular everyday clothing
Clothing that covers shoulders and neckline
Religious or medical head coverings (supporting documents may be required)
Small, non-reflective accessories
Not Permitted:
Uniforms
Large or distracting jewelry
Hats or non-religious head coverings
Headphones or electronic devices
Reflective items that create glare
Eyewear
Glasses are generally not allowed
Exceptions only for medical reasons (doctor’s note required)
Must not block the eyes or create glare
Photo Validity
Photo must be taken within the last 6 months
Must accurately reflect your current appearance
New photo required if there are:
Major facial surgery or injury
Significant weight changes
Changes in facial piercings or tattoos
Gender transition
Image Quality
Resolution: 300 dpi
Clear, sharp, and properly focused
Must be in color with natural tones
No shadows, glare, or overexposure
No digital alterations or retouching
