The photo must include your full head and the top of your shoulders.
Face the camera directly when the photo is taken.
Maintain a neutral expression with your mouth closed, eyes fully open, and looking straight at the camera.
Keep your head level, not tilted in any direction.
The background must be plain white, with no other people visible and no shadows on either your face or the background.
You should remove your glasses. If you choose to wear them, they must be non-tinted prescription glasses, the frames must not cover your eyes, and there must be no glare or reflections on the lenses.
The image must not be digitally edited or altered, as edited photos are likely to be rejected.
