Photo Dimensions
Size must be 45 mm (height) × 35 mm (width).
The entire face must be visible, from the chin to the top of the head and from ear to ear.
General Conditions
The image must be clear and sharply focused.
Lighting must be even across the face, with no shadows, dark areas, overexposure, or red-eye.
Only natural-colored lighting is acceptable; colored lighting is not allowed.
Image Quality
Printed photographs must be on high-quality matte paper with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.
Colors should be neutral and accurately represent natural skin tones.
The photo must be clean and undamaged, with no creases, marks, or scratches.
Digital enhancement, retouching, or artistic effects are not permitted.
Head Position and Expression
The head must be centered and held straight, without tilting.
The subject must look directly at the camera with a neutral facial expression and closed mouth.
Eyes must be open, clearly visible, and not covered by hair.
Head Coverings
Head coverings are not allowed unless worn for religious reasons.
If worn, the face must remain fully visible from the chin to the forehead, and the covering must not cast shadows on the face.
Eyewear
Eyes must be clearly visible without glare or reflections on lenses.
Sunglasses are prohibited.
Medical eye coverings are allowed only with valid medical documentation.
Eyeglass frames must not obscure the eyes.
Background
The background must be plain and light in color, preferably gray.
No patterns, objects, shadows, or other individuals may appear in the background.
