Photo Size
Dimensions: 45 mm (height) × 35 mm (width).
The face must be fully visible from the bottom of the chin to the crown of the head, and from the leftmost to rightmost edges of the face.
General Requirements
The photograph must be clear
Facial features must be evenly illuminated with no shadows, overexposed, or darkened areas, and no red-eye effect.
Lighting must be natural in color; colored lighting (e.g., blue or red) is not permitted.
Photo Quality
Printed photos must be on high-quality matte paper with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.
Colors must be neutral and show a natural skin tone.
The photo must be free from creases, dirt, or scratches.
Artistic retouching or digital manipulation is not allowed.
Head Size and Orientation
The head must be upright and centered, with no tilt
The subject must look directly into the camera with a neutral expression and closed mouth.
Eyes must be open, clearly visible, and not obscured by hair.
Head Coverings
No headwear is allowed, except for religious reasons.
In such cases, the face must remain visible from the chin to the forehead, and no shadows from the headwear are permitted.
Eyeglasses
Eyes must be clearly visible with no reflections.
Sunglasses are not allowed.
Medical eye shades are permitted only for documented medical reasons.
Eyeglass frames must not cover the eyes.
Background
The background must be plain, light-colored, preferably gray.
Blue backgrounds are not recommended.
No patterns, drawings, shadows, objects, or other people are allowed.
