The face must be fully visible, from the bottom of the chin to the top of the head, and from the leftmost to rightmost edges of the face.
General Requirements
The photograph must be clear and in sharp focus.
Facial features must be evenly lit, with no shadows, overexposure, dark areas, or red-eye.
Lighting must be natural in color; colored lighting (such as blue or red) is not allowed.
Photo Quality
Printed photos must be produced on high-quality matte paper with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.
Colors must appear neutral and reflect a natural skin tone.
The photo must be free of creases, stains, scratches, or any physical damage.
Artistic retouching or digital alteration is strictly prohibited.
Head Size and Orientation
The head must be upright, centered, and not tilted.
The subject must face the camera directly with a neutral expression and a closed mouth.
Eyes must be open, clearly visible, and not covered by hair.
Head Coverings
Headwear is not permitted, except for religious purposes.
When worn for religious reasons, the face must be fully visible from the chin to the forehead, and the head covering must not cast any shadows.
Eyeglasses
Eyes must be clearly visible with no glare or reflections on the lenses.
Sunglasses are not allowed.
Medical eye coverings are permitted only with documented medical justification.
Eyeglass frames must not obscure the eyes.
Background
The background must be plain and light-colored, preferably gray.
The background must be free of patterns, objects, shadows, or other people.
