Quantiy and Recency

• Applicants must submit two identical passport photographs. 
• The photographs must be taken within the last six months.

Photo Size and Composition

• The photograph must measure 35 mm wide by 45 mm high. 
• The face, measured from the chin to the top of the head, must be between 25 mm and 35 mm. 
• There must be a 3-4 mm space between the top of the head and the edge of the photo. 
• The applicant must be facing the camera directly in a full-frontal view.

Background

• The background must be plain white. 
• A light blue background is acceptable for individuals with grey or white hair or a very light complexion.

Appearance and Expression

• The applicant must have a neutral expression with the mouth closed. 
• The eyes must be open and clearly visible, and the ears must be visible. 
• There must be no shadows on the face or background.

Clothing and Accessories

• Applicants must not wear white clothing if they have a light complexion. 
• Sleeveless tops and uniforms are not permitted. 
• Head coverings are only allowed for religious reasons. 
• Heavily tinted glasses are not allowed.

Photo Quality

• The photograph must be high resolution with a matte finish. 
• The photograph must be free of creases, stains, or ink marks. 

Prohibited Features

• Smiling, wearing heavily tinted glasses, or submitting photo booth images is not allowed.
