The applicant must look straight at the camera with a neutral facial expression, eyes fully open, and mouth closed.
Glasses may be worn if they have clear lenses without glare. Head coverings are permitted only for religious or medical purposes, and they must not cover the face.
The photo must be clear, sharply focused, evenly illuminated, and high resolution, free from reflections, red-eye, or damage.
