  • Hats or head coverings are not allowed unless worn for religious or medical reasons; include the appropriate signed statement. The full face must remain visible.

  • Glasses not allowed unless medically required; headphones or wireless devices are prohibited.

  • Jewelry and piercings are allowed as long as they do not obscure facial features. Tattoos are acceptable.

Photo Quality Requirements

  • Must be sharp, clear, and in full color.

  • Entire face and photo must be in focus; no blurriness.

  • Natural skin tones and accurate color representation.

  • No retouching or digital alteration of any kind.

  • Even lighting with no shadows, glare, or flash reflections.

  • Photo must be recent (taken within six months).

Requirements for Children

  • Only the child may appear in the photo.

  • For infants unable to sit upright, lay the child on a plain white or off-white sheet, ensuring no shadows fall on the face.

  • A car seat covered with a plain white or off-white sheet is also acceptable.

  • The child’s face must be fully visible.

  • Infants may have partially closed eyes; all other children must have eyes open.

  • Size and quality requirements are the same as for adults.
