Photo size: 35 mm wide and 45 mm high.
The head (chin to crown) should cover about two-thirds of the image and must not exceed 36 mm in height.
The distance between the eyes should be at least 8 mm, ideally 10 mm.
The head must be centered. The photo must be taken within the last 6 months.
The head must not appear distorted or altered in proportions.
The face must appear sharp, clear, and with good contrast.
Printed on high-quality, glossy photo paper without texture.
The photo must not have scratches, stains, folds, stamps, or marks.
Colors must look natural (no red-eye effect).
Background must be plain, light-colored (ideally gray), with good contrast to face and hair.
No patterns, no objects, and no shadows in the background.
Lighting must be even, avoiding glare or reflections on the face.
Neutral facial expression with mouth closed.
Full-face frontal view only (no half-profile or turned shoulders).
Eyes open, looking directly into the camera, not covered by hair.
Eyes must be fully visible.
No reflections on lenses, no tinted lenses, no sunglasses.
Glasses frames must not obscure the eyes.
Not permitted, except for religious reasons.
In such cases, the face must be fully visible from chin to forehead.
No shadows may fall on the face.
Only the child should appear in the photo.
The face must be completely visible, with eyes open.
Not accepted for passports, ID cards, or residence permits.
